More about Boomerang

Good with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids

Special Needs: Boomerang is a special needs dog due to an injury that occurred when he was only a few days old. He was attacked by another dog and suffered a head injury which causes him to be uncoordinated.

He is developmentally normal and eats, drinks, urinates, defecates, plays with other puppies and interacts with people completely normally. The only deficit he has is that he is a little uncoordinated. His condition is comparable to a person with the medical condition of mild cerebral palsy.

He is able to walk and run without great difficulty but does so in a less coordinated way than other puppies his age. He should not require any medication or specific medical care for this condition but will require a loving, understanding home with people comfortable with his condition.
